Carson’s allegations came to light after Traves and Noah, former members of The Lunch Club, were invited on Drama Alert. Drama Alert is a YouTube channel that is hosted by Keemstar. Traves and Noah decided to open up about everything they knew and accused Carson of talking to the minor girls in an inappropriate manner.

“*SERIOUS* CallMeCarson exposed for allegedly sexting underage fans. 2 former members of Lunch Club spoke to Keemstar and described how Carson allegedly confessed to speaking inappropriately to underage fans in March of 2020. Carson is a Minecraft YouTuber with mostly kid fans,” Keemstar posted on his Twitter.

Twitter wants Carson cancelled:

Many were quick to jump into the bandwagon of cancel culture as one wrote, “been waiting for the lunch club to come back then Carson gets canceled.” Another added, “Thank god that Carson guy is canceled man I hate him.”

“Call me Carson? More like call me canceled,” wrote another. However, there were some who came to his defense as one wrote, “Please remember the things coming out against Carson are allegations, not fact. This goes for almost all cancelled celebrities.” Another added, “If Carson is getting cancelled for merely talking to a 17-year-old when he was 19 that is dumb as f**k lol”

YouTuber Carson 'CallMeCarson' King is under fire for allegedly grooming underage fans.

Drama Alert host Daniel 'Keemstar' Keem recently had Super Smash Bros. Melee pro Juan 'Hungrybox' DeBiedma and content creator Traves on his show for an interview. The two popular gamers, who had previously collaborated with CallMeCarson in the Lunch Club group, used the platform to open up about some concerning things CallMeCarson had allegedly done.

According to Hungrybox and Traves, CallMeCarson had admitted to them that he was talking to underage fans. Other members of the Lunch Club group, including Slimecicle, had similar stories about CallMeCarson. Slimecicle claimed CallMeCarson exchanged nudes with a 17-year-old girl. He had reported the disturbing story to police at the time.

The accusations were quickly reinforced by Twitter user miniborb, who claimed she was one of the underage girls CallMeCarson had groomed. She explained that she was 17 years old when CallMeCarson, then 19, had sexual conversations with her. She included screenshots of the interactions.

After the Keemstar interview, CallMeCarson lost thousands of subscribers. But the YouTuber hasn't made any public statements about the accusations.

Meanwhile, Keemstar became the target of more drama. Slimecicle and others in the streaming community felt that the CallMeCarson accusations were very serious and needed to be taken to the authorities instead of being viewed as 'drama.' Keemstar immediately shot back against the shade on Twitter.

'When there's a situation that someone is a predator online, it's important it gets covered by the news so everyone knows about it. In this scenario, it's important that the audience and the viewers know about this situation to stay clear of a potential predator,' Keemstar said.

This is far from the first time a content creator has been under fire for taking advantage of underage fans. Former Rooster Teeth member Ryan Haywood was called out for planning a potential return to Twitch after being accused of leaking nudes of underage fans. Last year, hundreds of streamers were accused of rape, assault, sexual harassment, and grooming, leading the community to ask Twitch to take sweeping action.
