Apache Web Browser

Apache
  1. Apache logs can be analyzed through a Web browser using free scripts, such as AWStats/W3Perl or Visitors. Virtual hosting allows one Apache installation to serve many different websites. For example, one computer with one Apache installation could simultaneously serve example.com, example.org, test47.test-server.example.edu, etc.
  2. Any user with a web browser can work with Hive. This has the usual web interface benefits. In particular, a user wishing to interact with Hadoop or Hive requires access to many ports. A remote or VPN user would only require access to the Hive Web Interface running by default on 0.0.0.0 tcp/9999.
